1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf and that all members of your party agree to be bound by these conditions.

2. Services Offered

Zusammen Tours and Travel Agency provides a platform for booking safari and travel-related services across Namibia and Africa, including guided safaris, lodge accommodation, fly-in experiences, family tours and self-drive packages. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• Travel documentation and visa guidance

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.

• Prices displayed on our website may not include all taxes, fees or optional extras
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be made by the agreed deadline prior to departure
• We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and secure online payments
• Children aged 3–12 years receive a 60% discount on the adult rate

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@zusammentravels.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit and administration fee
• 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking value
• 14 to 29 days before departure: No refund applicable
• Less than 14 days before departure: No refund applicable
• No-shows: No refund applicable

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, prior to travel.

5. Changes and Amendments

Zusammen Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries, accommodation or services due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, safety concerns or force majeure events. We will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value where possible.

Client-requested amendments to confirmed bookings may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

6. Travel Documents and Health

It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date), visas, vaccination certificates and any other documentation required for their chosen destinations.

• Yellow fever vaccination certificate may be required for certain destinations
• Some destinations require proof of travel insurance
• Clients must disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities
• Zusammen Tours cannot be held liable for issues arising from inadequate documentation

7. Liability and Insurance

Zusammen Tours and Travel Agency acts as an agent for third-party service providers including airlines, lodges and transport companies. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the acts or omissions of these third parties.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation and personal liability before departure.

8. Photography and Marketing

By booking with Zusammen Tours and Travel Agency, you consent to photographs taken during your tour being used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used, please notify us in writing before your departure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Zusammen Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
